My Practitioner Journal
A personal space to capture your reflections across the ten Rules of Strategic Doing.
Your entries are not visible to other learners but may be accessible to authorised course administrators.
NETWORK ASSET IDENTIFICATION
What knowledge, skill, relationship or resource might exist within your proposed network but remain hidden because it sits outside someone’s formal role? Identify at least three questions you could ask participants to help uncover these less visible assets.

RULE 1 — BUILD A SAFE SPACE
Rule 1.1 — Creating a safe space
Think about a real group or collaboration you lead, support or may work with in the future. What will you do to create a safe space in which participants can contribute openly, listen respectfully and work together? Describe the behaviours, practical arrangements and facilitation choices you will use to support psychological safety, equity of voice and growing trust.

RULE 2 — FRAME A CONVERSATION

RULE 3 — UNCOVER HIDDEN ASSETS
Rule 3.1 — Identifying the assets we have
Consider the challenge or collaboration you identified in Rule 2. What useful assets are already available within the network? Include relevant skills, knowledge, relationships, physical or natural resources and sources of capital. Identify at least one potentially hidden asset and explain who controls or can access it, whether they may be willing to contribute it and how it could connect to the challenge.
